Has anyone had success getting in touch w/ Ernie of Black Cloud knives?
By what email?

I tried the email at his site more than five times over a couple of Months. Either that email on his site is not valid or he doesnt answer email. I thought I needed an 8inch bowie but when he didnt get back to me after repeated tries I just figured I didnt need it that bad. Customer service IS a big deal to me and there are alot of talented guys making quality knives. I hope that the email on his site just hasnt been updated and Im wrong about the customer concern thing. If so I hope someone chimes in with updated info.
