I paid this guy for a Spyderco police Ti knife 20th August. So far I have no knife and no response to my emails.

I can only conclude that this guy is a thief unless he makes good ASAP.

This is a warning for anyone who may consider buying items from this seller on ebay. Be careful.

Is the moniker he's using on eBay, "blackderek," as opposed to "Black Derek ?"

Gigone, Yes you are right. I should have typed it in correctly. It's Blackderek1964. Sorry for my mistake.

It does not change the fact that this guy is a thief and a liar. I noticed since posting that another guy has been ripped off by Blackderek1964. Just look at the feedback history and you will see the two complaints.

I posted a complaint with ebay about this guy, but I won't hold my breath waiting for the problem to be resolved.

True, but it's nice to know who the right thief is.

Maybe an example is in order. I use a little program to search for FleaBay feedback. I submitted a query on the first moniker you provided and it showed a single for sale auction, which resulted in positive feedback. With this information, your warning thread could be interpreted as not having merit or knife knuts could take your information and avoid the auctions of the person behind the first moniker provided, who. . .in reality. . . .isn't the thief and or liar.

Now, given Blackderek1964, I'm able to see that he or she has seven total auctions, with the most recent two ending in negative feedbacks.

What confounds the situation, your moniker here isn't the same one you use on FleaBay.

Just nice to know who the real players are. . . .so the innocent are given a fare shake and the "thieves" are hung out to dry, so to speak. ;)
