I haven't really seen any impressive sales so far on folding knives except for low end stuff. Knifecenter looks like they have some significant discounts on some kitchen knives. Perhaps they are waiting for Friday/Monday, though my memory may be failing but I don't ever really remember good black friday deals on anything above low end stuff.
Black Friday does seem very diluted so far this year, in that many stores have already had huge discounts on stuff all week and I've already picked up a lot of stuff at huge discounts. I honestly can't imagine Friday/Monday bringing much better. I was in Home Depot last night picking up some paint and they had already uncovered their stuff for the Friday opening and people were snagging it up. All the big store ads have been leaked for a week, I honestly wonder if they leak them ahead of time on purpose to generate interest. Not surprising really, around here they've had Xmas stuff up in stores sill the middle of October.
So for the only things I've seen that interested me personally, but I've seen lots of other big discount stuff.
Remington has a rebate for $5 off per box of umc handgun ammo, for up to 40 boxes. If you shop around that be under $7 a box to your door.
Winchester has a rebate for $2 off a box of AA 12ga target loads, up to 50 boxes. If you shop around that can mean $6 a box to your door.
Dyson has some good sales putting some of their vacuums at 50% off, plus 3 free attachments and free shipping.
Anova is selling their sous vide machine for 33% off plus free shipping.
Battery junction has some good deals on energizer lithium AA/AAA in bulk
Home Depot had some good buys: loctite super glue 3 for $5 (normally $4 each), rayovac batteries 60 AA, 60 AAA, or 12 9v for $10, lots of power tool stuff
Everyplace has the normal TV deals, though I've heard black friday is actually not the best time/price of the year to buy a tv.
My youngest brother already bought a lot of games for his xbox at best buy and microsoft direct, most were 50% off or better.
