I missed the hotlink under your question, and as I lay on the couch I could suddenly picture that link, glowing in pulsating blue. So... I got up and came to see what it was all about. Alas, I am not on that list resinguy, Prodigal Porker wasn't visible to my eyes at least, which are kinda blurry right now. :rolleyes:

I am pretty sure I must have been part of the seventh induction...it's the only description of inductees that seems to fit me.

Congratulations nemesis! As you may have heard, it was my first as well. Feeling positive, my "new" car's odometer rolled over to 77,777 miles as I pulled onto my street. Hey, I'll take whatever luck I can get when it comes to a RUCK like that!! :D

Scored a CFO this morning, had to resist the urge to order two. Didn't want to be a hog bout it. Will post some pictures as soon as I get it.

Jerry, Garth...... Do either of you know the blade height on the RFO? It looks taller than the ruck or the rucki to my eye. I also see by the specs it's about 2" longer than the rucki is that extra handle?
 
I had to force myself to pass on the RFO, but did get a hefty serving of shop credit :D

I don't know if anyone else has noticed this, but I'm 99% sure the RFO is made from a BG-AK.
The Talon Hole, blade curve, hump on the back, handle length, little bit of curve at the butt of the handle, and the BG marking give it away.

I feel the same as you, it looks like a shorter ak with the pommel ground down. I had a really hard time passing this one up, great price point.
