Is it a Effingham blackjack or Knifeware, etc, could not tell by picture of tang stamp.
 
I have found that the photographs I take of a knife STRAIGHT ON, usually from directly above the item, are the most useful to a potential buyer. I also have found that giving measurements is useful.
