Dear all,
I created this set for two people cooking at the same time.
- The full size 8 inch chef's knife is perfect for making salads, slicing big vegetables or fruit like gabbage, pumpkin and pineapple. The blade is ground to 0.2 mm behind the edge. The geometry has a slight curve for rocking when cutting. The handle is very ergonomic with no hot spots and very easy to clean. The tapered tang gives it balance and feeling of lightness.
- The ''Pchak'' knife is a traditional Uzbek utility knife. These blades are great for cutting meat, but can also do everything else the big 8 inch chef's knife can, but in a more compact design. The blade is ground to 0.4 mm behind the edge, so that it does not fear bone. The full flat grind makes it a great slicer.
- 2 X Classic Paring knives: Light, compact and very sharp! The hollow grind on both blades makes them very good for cleaning fish and vegetables, so the slices dont stick.
- The set has a place in a nice bamboo holder, which has places for your other blades at home
The set is for sale. Full technical info is at the end of the post::
