Yes, part 2- I found the other one--I have a black oxide Leatherman Super Tool 300. It is NIB and unused/uncarried. What you see is what you get --the box, the tool NO SHEATH. I'm not exactly sure why, but this one doesn't have a sheath.
I will sell or trade this tool. Looking for fixed or folders just offer what you got, I'm not too picky. I will trade for multiples or another tool.
