Those are the only lines I can see and they don't appear black, and those seem to just be normal manufacturing marks from grinding the blade. Most Ka-bars have those lines under the black coatings but since yours is un-coated you can probably see them better.

Sorry to bother with the same question mate but the manufacturing/grinder mark is the dark line that is pointed out with the arrows in the pic attached? I just paid a lot for this dagger because of the knife tax here and am trying to make sure it is ok, thank you.
Yeah after looking at the marks in sunlight they look more grey in colour.It’s entirely possible it’s just a mark from the edge being power stropped or buffed after sharpening. If it’s from a reputable maker I doubt the edge is burned.
