This is my first fixed blade so I'm calling this one a kitchen knife.
Blade: 4" from handle to tip/ cutting edge 3 3/4" convex ground with a 30 deg. edge bevel. Made from 1/16" A-2 Tool Steel heat treated and cryo'ed by Peters' to HRC 61.
Handle: 4" Black Locust with Red Liners, attached with epoxy and fiberglass pins. Locust is stained and CA clear coat. CA is sanded to 2000 grit and buffed with red and white compound.
