Keith, you are making very nice Folders. some custom Sodbusters have an "oversized" pivot rivet(?). this one doesn't. does it make any difference functionally or strength-wise ?

Micarta is tough enough that it doesn't need washers. Todd D. suggested it to me. He's been building his shadows this way for some time.
