The list from yesteryearstools.com you are referring to is a list "of stampings used on some True Temper axes and hatchets". Below that list is a "List of many of the company brands used by the American Fork & Hoe Co. on Kelly Ave & Tool Works and/or True Temper axes and hatchets" and includes Black Raven and Perfect.
