Finished up this fighter yesterday except for putting on the edge. Its got a 11 1/4 hand forged W-2 blade and a black tale deer crown handle. The guard and butt cap are iron from a buggy wheel. The spacer is wrought iron. Overall this knife is just over 16".

Makes me think of a "cigaret boat" because of the sleekness. Neat knife, Ray!

Looks like you plucked it out of a fight in 1864... excellent!! Do you have a time machine??

Nice work dude!! I really like the heat treat on the blade.. You use clay for that? The rustic look is for me.

The knife is superb, and the blade work is out of this world. And the deer crown handle is something else. I love it. It's one of the best that I have saw in a long time. Thanks for showing it to us. A+----------

Wicked.

There was a thread a while back about "the ultimate killing knife". This is pretty much it. One hell of a fighter and well executed. I love the design.

That would also make one hell of a pig sticker.

Wow, Ray! Thanks for making it for me, Bud!:D You're the best!
...Beautiful knife.
