The difference in thickness is quite a lot! I actually ordered one of each last week, and got an email a couple of days ago telling me the Alox version is discontinued and I had to make due with just the pocket pal
There are still plenty out there; this thread actually made me place an order for a spare one yesterday - figured I'd best get another while the gettin' was good.
