I made this from 3/16" high carbon steel and gave it the matte black DuraCoat treatment. The cutting edge is 3-3/4" long with an OAL of 9"

Great! Moreover the wrapping skill is excellent. Is the coating strong enough from wear and scratches? I do coating for my knives to hard chrome coating. I have the knife very similar to this and will post it up here any day now!!!

DuraCoat is extremely durable and scratch resistant.
