Doesn't include any packaging. Has minor wear from storage. Works great. Only used for maybe 30 minutes total. Excellent flashlight, just working on converting all my lights to AA. Be advised, I am located in an APO location, so delivery will take an extra couple days compared to normal USPS priority.
