Blackhawk Knives?

I have sort of mixed feelings on the line pretty thick edges, but locks were all decent. I probably wouldnt buy another one.

I've been seriously interested in their Crucible knife. Would this be a good quality unlike the others you all have mentioned? It was designed for combat by martial artist Kelly McCann. (The knife was in the September 2008 issue of Combat Handguns, btw, and McCann himself has been in the June and July 2008 Black Belt magazine issues.)

Kelly McCann Is not by any means a "martial artist" there is nothing pretty about what he does...

I have the original Crucible, a new Aus* Taiwan and the fixed. Compared to the original the new folder is really cheap, from the lockup to the blade covering. The new one is much more textured than the original. The new folder is still a good inexpensive blade. The fixed came with a great cc holster the fits me well CC IWB. For the style of knife training I do short of spending the money on any of the true Kasper knives the Crucible is the best Ive trained with...

I sold off my Bewharned as I need i little cash. However I was very very happy with that knife. G10 was great lockup was awesome and it came nice and sharp. It was also a very fast/smooth opener. Not quite as smooth as a para-2 but almost. It had a crazy point and I kind of fell like I was going to booger it up. However I would very much recommend the Be-Wharned to any one.
