Blackhawks lack of customer service

Just wanted to let you know about a experiance i had with blackhawk. I ordered some of the new S.O.L.A.G. kevlar gloves. When i placed my order(on oct.24) it said on there site under the description there was a introductory price of 53.95 for all sizes, as opposed to the list price of $60+ depending on size. Anyways when they e-mailed my invoice it has the higher price on it. I e-mailed them and told them they had on there site that there was a lower price. It took them a few days to get back to me. Note that in those few days my order shipped, so i couldnt cancel it without paying shipping back and %20 restocking fee when they did get back to me and told me the price was untill oct. 15th only. I asked them then why it had it on there webpage after oct.15 and they never responded. So just to give you the heads up, This was my first and last blackhawk product, I will stick with Eagle industries from now on. The only reason i ordered from them instead of waiting for actiongear.com to get them in was the low introductory price, as actiongear usualy has them cheaper than blackhawk lists them.
