"Blackheart"-One for the Black Prince-Chuck Ward Montage Photos Added

It may be for the the Black Prince but it is fit for a king very nice see you soon.

John I'm willing to let you call me "Black Prince" if you'll give me the knife! :D Outa the park on this one. Good job.

FML, thats drop dead gorgeous. I rarely see something that makes my jaw drop anymore, but you sir have made something of transcendental beauty. Most likely one of the top ten knives I have ever seen in my many years of knife lust. My new desktop background.

Impressive as usual John. Your work is always so clean and well executed. Love the steel pattern.

A little history lesson: Edward, the Black Prince, was born in 1330 and died in 1376. He was never king of England, but was father of King Richard II of England. Edward was the Price of Wales, Duke of Cornwall, and the Prince of Aquitaine. His motto was "Homout, Ich dene" (Courage, I serve) but if he was able to see this dagger he probably would change it to: "Out of my way, this one is mine"!!

John, great looking dagger, with some really nice touches!! I really like it.

Marcel

PS My sig line photo is a push dagger inspired by the Black Prince.

Fantastic work as always, John.
This is so very nice, love the steel, love the handle.
I don't even do daggers and this is terrific !
Thanks for sharing and Marcel, thanks for the history.
Very nice push dagger.

It is wonderful John. Your composite pattern welded blades would make the Jarls and Chieftains weep.

WOW!! That damascus is OUTSTANDING John, as is the choice of materials and design.

Enough to make anyone go to the "Dark" side:D

John, you are going to force me to go buy a dictionary cause I am running out of words to properly express how I love your knives. ;)
I would love a pic of it disassembled.
