Blackjack Folding Mamba Value?

Hi, I have found an old Blackjack Folding Mamba pocket knife in my drawer the other day, is this a valuable knife?

There is one on auction at ebay you may want to do a search and follow on it. I have seen them sell for about $75 sometimes higher. Sorry I can't answer for the steel.
