One is the oem by blackjack, and has a cut in it, does not effect sheathing, someone just put the blade in incorrectly. The other is a kydex, ( hence any scratches or marks on the blade) Factory marking all there, and overall it is in great shape. There was controversy on these, BFC is your friend.
