Kukri II is an exciting knife, Ken Warner of Knifeware says. Actually, almost any kukri is pretty exciting, but when you add in the amount of Blackjack Sharp® we were able to get into this blade, you get a real experience.
Kukri II weighs one pound in the hand; together with the sheath it goes 26 ounces. The 5/32 AUS-8 steel is hardened to 56-57Rc. The textured molded grip is Kraton over a full tang.
The technical result here, Warner says, is more art than science. Every kukri has a sweet spot. Kukri II seems to have a lot more sweet spot than most. It really cuts.
