I decided to do something a little different with this particular blackjack. This is my "Purple Pain" variant! 
This particular model has an OAL length of 9.5" and weighs just under 10 ounces. I deliberately made this one a bit smaller than my usual blackjacks to make it a bit easier to carry. However, it still packs quite a punch!
The head is made from solid steel, making it totally lead free. The spring has just enough flex to give it the desired "dead blow" effect.
The blackjack is constructed from purple and black 550 cord. The head is a "checkerboard" pattern and the handle is an 8 plait in a "zig zag" pattern. Everything is crisp and tight!
The entire blackjack has been treated with a clear epoxy resin to aid in durability and ensure that it will never come unraveled. The endcap is copper.
This is a very unique blackjack that can stand up to serious use! (Hopefully you will never need it!)
