Both Sold. I go to the Kershaw factory sale every year and buy more than I end up using. The prices are good and I figure another every day user can't hurt. I bought both knives at one of the sales, but they have sat on my shelves for a few years without being put into use. The Blackout 1550 is first quality and here is a description I pilfered:

The Blackout 1550 is another great Ken Onion designed knife from Kershaw! It features a Sandvik 14C28N stainless steel blade with a Tungsten DLC black finish and a plain cutting edge. The SpeedSafe assisted opening mechanism quickly deploys the blade with a push of the thumb stud and lockup on the Blackout is solid via the steel liner lock. The glass-filled nylon (GFN) handle is lightweight and textured for positive grip and performance with a nested steel frame for strength.

This is a Kershaw Leek with plain edge black blade. It is a factory blem, but I don’t really know what pushed it to that category. Mechanically the knife is perfect. As a blem there are 4 X's etched into the blade to mark it.

Both are great utility knives. They are both sold.
