Got this blacksmith knife about fifteen years ago in a trade when I was working a booth with my metalwork at a trade show and this old blacksmith wanted a trade for a barn wood and metal coffee table I had made. Not sure the steel because its been so long but it is carbon and takes a wicked sharp edge (only slightly sharpened once). I have polished the blade and the blade has very minor scuffs and very minor pitting if that's even what it is considering its hand forged. I have never carried this knife and it has been slightly lightly used. The stag is in wonderful shape and has great color tones and feels great in the hand. Blade is 5 1/2 and a hair over 10 OAL. The sheath is not so great but would be willing to make a taco style sheath for it for the right trade deal. Looking for traditional folders like GEC but will consider Queens. Feel free to ask questions and send trade offers by PM or email and am open to other offers of traditional flavor. Thanks for looking!
