Blackwater Gear Combat Knife

Hello all,
I'm looking for information on the Blackwater Gear Combat fixed blade. Specifically I'm interested in the Drop Point version. I know that it's a benchmade Nimravus, which I love, and has basically been modified with the addition of a saw or serrated back. I'm wondering if anyone has any thoughts or input on how this portion of the knife function and how well thought out it is. Personally, I like the idea of the serrations being on the upper portion of the blade, but if anyone has any real world input I'd very much like to hear it.

I read in an article in Tactical Knives magazine that they work well with plastic, rope, and glass (not sure about the last one) but fill up with green wood rather quickly.
