Up for sale is a like new w/o packaging Blackwater I-O vest made by Michaels of Oregon, now discontinued. I bought this brand new but then was issued more gear so I no longer need this and was not worn other than trying it on. It comes with side panels as well but does not include hard or soft body armor. It also comes with a BLK shotgun shell carrier(MOLLE).
