Blackwatercutlery !!!

Hello, greetings to everybody
This is my first post on this forum and unfortunately related to
the problem I've got. On June 3rd I ordered a benchmade skirmish
knife in shop www.blackwatercutlery.com. I haven't received it
yet (usually it takes 2 weeks for a parcel to Poland to reach
the recipient). In the last 2 months I've written many times to
blackwatercutlery to ask to confirm that they sent the knife
ordered by me. I got no answer. I would be grateful for advice
what to do in this situation. Maybe somebody had a similar
problem or had contact with the same shop?

After being informed that the knife I wanted was in stock, I also ordered from Blackwatercuterly. It has been 18 days and no knife or contact from the company. They have not answered my e-mails or returned my phone calls. I think I have been ripped off.
 
I think maybe he spent all his money on the fancy website and went bankrupt!I finally stopped calling after a month of not answering the phone or returning my calls.
 
If they just charged you on August 8 there may be hope yet, if it was june 8 I'd reverse charges.
