Oh Boy, I'm With You.
I'm Going Ti-Framelock Nuts Right Now.
I'm About To Sell Off Some Knives For More Ti Frame Locks!
I Need Help, And I Know That Lol. But Oh Well.
I'm Not Too Worried About It.

I know what you mean. Since I read BF every night there is no end in sight to the purchasing.

Drinking analogy: "Oh man, I am so not buying another ever knife again until later tonight".

Yeah, that's oh so very true... It's a lost cause to try to stop so might as well just buy some more :)

I am also a hooked on knife collecting. My current obsession is ESEE. I recently bought a 5, 2 Junglass' (by mistake) and 3 Izulas. One for me, 2 for gifts. Is there a decent market for gently used knives in good condition? I have a chest full collecting dust.

Can't be saved- it's already a habit...at first chance I get, I'm opening my group of links to favorite knife dealers and forums.

My dad kinda started my habit when I was young.... Then my grandpa passed away and I got about 1/4 th of his massive collection and now I'm 100% hooked

The other night I went out with some friends and dropped nearly $100 on a few rounds of drinks for everyone. That could have been a really nice knife

But yeah I find myself buying and selling way too much. I'll buy a knife and literally not even get it in the mail yet and change my mind on it and throw it up on the exchange the second I open the box. I also try and sell a knife whenever I am buying something "costly" to kind of balance things out.

Yeah, I'm starting to get addicted... It's still cheaper than automatic wrist watches, into which I was before...

Well at least think of it this way. Back in 2010 I bought an Al Mare Sere 2000 from a certain online knife store. It cost me ~160. I just checked a couple days ago and it is now 220!

At least knives aren't being devalued like the currency is

Endorphins.....It's the evil chemical that makes us feel good (ordering a new knife) and our brains like to replicate this leading to.........addiction.

Of course. Just go to the EXCHANGE part of this forum. You'll need to get a GOLD membership to sell knives ($25/yr), but you'll sell anything you put on there.
I spend a lot of time on there myself.

Hi All! New to the forum and caught the knife buying bug fast. Its fun but man, its hard to control the urge to buy. With all this awesome pics and reviews in the forum I need to restrain myself from buying my 4th knife in less than 3 weeks.

Thanks for the welcome. I didn't notice the date until you mentioned it.LOL. Sorry for the newb mistake.
