Blade and Grind on Sebenza 21 vs 31

This is all the options I get when I type in Sebenza 21:

I don't know if anyone follows Archman on the tube. He put up a few videos recently that were not good for CRK at all. They failed or performed poorly on multiple issues. I've watched him for a long time, usually Archman is very pro CRK. The videos would strike doubt into any newcomer to the brand. We also have the endless 31 lock rock thread. I have read many posts here and about regarding confusion of 21 blade replacements. I know for a fact that when I call about a year ago the lady told me they would only replace them if it was a blade defect, like a crack near thumb stud. They said any user based issue was not eligible for replacement even if you wanted to pay for it. Now it's an option secretly put back into a menu that makes you click next to see it... maybe scroll the list or something. Most would think next meant the next step and not seeing what they wanted, most would never click next. Life and time have conspired in favorable ways to allow me to have about 20 CRK products. Most are sebenza 21's or older sebenza models with a few fixed blades. I have all that I need and am basically done with the company. Part of it is my knife collecting is basically complete, but the other part is CRK is dropping the ball more and more. Even if some issues are really just poor communication and customer service, problems are just left hanging. Everything ebbs and flows. Here is hoping they get back to a high point in the somewhat near future.

Well it was a mistake taking blade replacement except for warranty away. Nice to see they fixed that.

Blade replacements were not available for a few months. In that time they saw that people were not happy with that decision and chose to make them available again.
As far as hidden goes I don’t really see that. It is on the second page of the service form that you fill out when you send your knife in. It is in the same drop down menu that you would choose any part you are looking to have installed. This flow for filling out the form would be the same for an Inkosi Mnandi etc.
