I know everyone by now knows what great people these are to deal with but I have to say it again. I just received a brand new Millenium Stilleto by Jerry Hossom from them today!
I called this past Sat. and ordered a Hunter Killer model by the same maker. Well on Mon. I was checking their site again and saw a new listing that wasn't there Sat. - the Millenium Stilleto which is the knife I really wanted! I called back and spoke with Ida. She was able to stop the shipment, take the first knife out and pack the Millenium Stilleto and send it overnight. Extremely helpful, understanding and friendly. Ida and Blade Art, the highest ranks in customer service.
The Millenium Stilleto is an extremely fine knife.
