I'm only poking fun at you because I have worked outdoors most of my life and food was more important than clean food most of the time. We have cleaned, irradiated and sterilized our immediate environments so much that the next generation will have no resistance to the most minute amount of bacteria and will become the first generation of 'Bubble Boys and Girls' because of it. Go ahead, eat that cookie off of the floor, nab that M&M someone left in the candy machine chute, double dip, it's for the children!

Busse knife coating is as clean as you make it and how many FBM CGs would you have to lick clean before it really caused you any harm?

Brother, you fix your food the way you want to. I tried to keep it clean for a while but I could never get my old lady to boil her nipples. (Rim shot please!)

Like knives, there is something I like too have the coatings come off naturally as I use 'em.

If I could only put the mental picture I have in my head of all the places that I have been in that just about turned my stomach with dozens of people eating out front.In all honesty the fast food places were some of the cleaner kitchens I have been in but have nasty employees,in turn the nicer places had clean employees but nasty buildings.
Hooters was the most nasty places I have ever been in,no way I would even drink a glass of water in that place.
The coating on the blade will in no way hurt you if you ate it.
