Blade coating removal

Guys, some help please. I have a RAT 5 beater I would like to finish stripping the black coating off the blade. If it works out well, I'll also strip a new Becker Crewman. What do you suggest?

Don't know about the Rat, but the Becker will clean off easily with paint stripper. I used a spray-on kind, let it soak a couple hours and scraped it off like thick gooey wet paint.
