Not sure if I posted this in the right spot :cool:

I recently ordered a new toy from a site called Blade-empire.com They've been around for a while now, but it wasn't until after I placed my order did I search for some reviews only to find a bunch of pissed off customers complaining about their crap service and never receiving their items..

So far they've contacted me back when I asked for some tracking info on my package and they just said it should arrive sometime this week.. Idk has anybody had any experience with this site and did you get what you ordered?
 
For broader visibility, since the site in question sells more than balisongs, I am going to move this out of the Balisong forum and to the GB&U forum.
 
Next time you are looking for a site to purchase from do a google search first this helps with two thing first obviously is that you can get customer reviews whether they be good or bad and second it will tell you whether or not the site is actually a legitimate business or a money scam or whatever.

As for getting your item I wouldn't hold much hope from the reviews I have read they have a tendency to say they shipped an item and the customer will not receive it, if you don't mind my asking what did you buy from them?

I usually do some google searches for reviews before I order anything from a site I'm not familiar with, but I know they've been in business for years now so I didn't think to check first. I usually order all my knives from Bladehq and I can always find negative customer reviews from any site, even ones I've used with great success. Idk they said it should be here around Tuesday and it wasn't in the mailbox today. I'll give it a few days before contacting them and even if they stiff me I only paid 20 bucks so it's not a huge loss.
 
yeah I like bladehq too I do all my balisong purchases through them never bought beating sticks before though, but good luck hopefully they pull through and don't stiff you even if it is only 20 bucks.
 
I just ordered a knife from Blade Empire about 2 days ago...... I went and google searched the site and people seem to be pissed and very angry with them. They also complain that they never got there packages. Should i be worried and would it be a problem because i live in canada
