blade etching advice

Any advice on good machines that perform well on etching a logo onto a knife blade. I have just started making knives, and I would like to have a machine that makes a good crisp mark.

My company uses this company's equipment to mark critical aircraft parts.

They say they make units suitable for cutlery and advertise that they have both high volume and low volume units, but I have no experience with that usage.
