what is a blade grind with no bevels ie; temperence, marbles, opinel, etc. is there any particular danger with this type of grind- can't get it flat or whatever? thanks, joe
its a full Vee grind. i use it quite a lot. i dont feel there are short comings to this grind, it has a lot of great points like for sliceing on culinary knives. if you want lots of lateral strenth for prying it may not be the grind to go with.
