Blade grinds on Canal Street brand

I bought a Canal Street Trapper from our friend Morablades, and I noticed that the blades on it are ground the same way the main blade here is:

The old tradition of a polished front side, and 'glazed' back side.

My question is: Does Canal Street make all of their blades this way? The Trapper I got is amazing.

Orca, I believe all of their production slipjoints are done with the polished mark side blades unless otherwise specified on special order knives. The fixed blades are generally mirror polished on both sides.
