Blade HQ contact form problem?

Have any of you ever had trouble using the contact form on Blade HQ’s website to email them? Last time I tried to send a message, I hit send, it looked like it was sending for a second and then the page simply reset with my original message. Don’t know if it went through. I tried it twice. Let me know if any of you had this trouble. Is there a better way to contact them?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having this issue as we have been adding new features to our website and they may be a little buggy as they start to break in. You can always try clearing the cache and cookies of the web browser you are using to see if this resolves your issue. Otherwise, you can certainly email our customer service team directly at questions@bladehq.com or give us a call at 888-252-3347 Monday - Friday 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. MST.
