Just dealt with BHQ for the first time this morning and things went beyond perfect!

I forgot to get my son a portion of his birthday gift for next Tuesday, so I place an order with BHQ early this morning. I selected the 2 day shipping in the hope it gets her for Tuesday, after Monday's holiday. After realizing that once the order is processed in a day or so, even with the 2 day, it may not make it for Tuesday. This is 100% my mistake.

I call BHQ later this morning and speak with Britney in customer service, explaining my self imposed dilemma. She confirms that the order may or may not get picked and shipped today and will not arrive until Weds. either way. I thanked her for the information and was ready to say good bye. Britney then said that she would change the shipping to ensure the knife arives tomorrow or Tues. at the latest, free of any uncharge to the shipping costs. I was shocked in a good way!

I thanked her many times and wanted her to know how impressed I was with her and asked to speak to the manager. I was able to then talk with Eric and explained my interactions with Britney. Eric was great to talk with and I expressed my thanks, a lot. I asked that Eric recognize Britney in some way and he assured me he would.

It is refreshing to get exceptional service, even when I caused the issue myself. It restores my general hope in people, when they go out of their way to do the right thing, when no one is looking. Britney deserves huge accolades, she was fantastic.

BHQ has earned my respect and a customer for as long as they remain in business.

yep one of the best dealers...and there are lots of them but bladehq in my experiences has always done me right.
