I've been a BHQ customer for nearly four years, and have had good customer service. I recently experienced a glitch in that service, and decided to contact the owner. I have owned/operated small businesses of my own for ~25 years, and have developed an appreciation for feedback from our clients-both positive and critical, so I make it a point to offer the same when I have a particularly positive, or troubling experience with businesses I patronize. I got a call back from the owner the next business day, and was blown away at the time he had already taken to review the situation, my history as a customer, and even my posts here on BF. It was easy to see why BHQ has been so successful-they have ownership that understands the importance of customer relations. Problems will occur in any business. It is how those problems are dealt with that makes the difference. Kudos to BHQ, and Merry Christmas to everyone there, and here on BF.

It was good to visit with you! It's always fun to chat with customers and get to know them a bit.

Problems will occur in any business. It is how those problems are dealt with that makes the difference.

This is so important- I wish everyone understood this. It's impossible for a business to get everything right 100% of the time. And it may even take a few tries to work out a problem, but if customers are willing to be patient with us we'll do our best to sort things out.

So far I have only had positive experiences with them. Very good services and prices. Glad to see their customer service is still holding up to its reputation. I usually like to give businesses a little of a break if they are slow to ship during holiday season as I know that it can be very chaotic and they are slammed with orders.

I've had nothing but great dealings with BladeHQ...and while I'm at it, KnivesShipFree has been terrific to deal with too. Nice to see dealers maintaining a presence on BF. Thanks!
