Blade HQ Returns

Hello,

I am not having much luck getting a returns shipping label from Blade HQ. So I am going to pay for return shipping myself.

Does anyone know their returns address and do I need to put any additional information with the return? Just the original order number?

Is it this one? This is their store apparently, not the warehouse...

Thanks for helping, as they don't provide any instructions anywhere and I've emailed them a few times now asking for the label and the details...
 
If you bought online and have an account , you can request a return authorization from your order history.
 
Thanks for replying. I have done that but haven't received any instructions or shipping labels/information. All it says in my account is that my return is "approved" and that's it.
 
They must have changed their rules or something. I bought a boot knife from them and they sent me a different knife and I did not like it. I sent it right back and got a full refund. I didn't have no authorization but I did have to pay the shipping to return it. Blade HQ is pretty good I'm surprised at what I'm reading

I don't remember what address I called them up and they told me where to send it. I just can't remember the address. However it was hassle free. I think Blade HQ will take care of you. They're very reputable
 
Returning something outside the process of their return system is asking for headaches in my opinion.
Yeah but I don't know if they changed policies or not. They may have cut back on things that most of the companies have cut back on as well. However I've ordered many knives from Blade HQ. And I have no complaints and they seem to stand behind their product which is very important to me. I guarantee the op will be satisfied in the end. If not then I'm going to self ban myself😁 not really. My other go to retailer is knifecenter. both companies are outstanding.
 
Call them. Their store location is not the same place returns go to. I don’t remember the address, but it’s different. Takes 5 minutes to pick up the phone…

So they made a mistake and you had to pay the return shipping to correct their mistake and you call that "pretty good?" I bought a CS Recon 1 from the dealer some years ago only to find out it had terrible up and down blade play. They allowed me to return it for a refund though I had to pay to ship it back too.

Not to disrail the thread, but being sent the wrong knife and having to pay to return it sounds pretty jacked up...

Just to close this off, and to say thanks, BHQ customer service were very good and everything was resolved for me quickly. Thanks very much for everyone's help. I will be using BHQ again in the future for sure!
 
BHQ is great. Had an out of box Boker LRF liner lock failed to engage, gave me a really nice slice in my finger, my fault of course for failing to check it before use. Called BHQ, they sent out replacement no questions asked. No return needed as blade contaminated.
