Could I swap blades from a waved Endura into a G10 Endura chassis?

I don't think Spyderco would recommend it and am sure they would not guarantee that either knife would work properly afterward but, as has been said, some have done it successfully.

Iv doen it a few times, just make sure the lock is still good and solid in the new handle.

You will probably not get any warranty if things go ping but my g-10 zdp delica has been just fine :D:thumbup:

Ahhh, very nice. I want the benefit of G10 but I don't want to butcher 2 more Enduras. I'm kinda digging this matched set thing.

Don't know how obvious it is, but
A) Make sure you match the lock and blade (i.e. from one knife together) and
B) careful with the lockback, the spring can make it a bit odd to put together.

Sal... if you can here me... a set of waved P/E G10 Enduras would be really cool.

Just make sure the lock barand blade make the swap together and it will have the same lockup.

Sounds like it would work, just make sure they have the same pivot size. Back in the day, I took apart my SS endura and wanted to save myself some money and put the blade on my Endura 4 handle. It seemed like it would work, but the pivots were different sizes and I had to put them both back in place :o

I like the idea though

I tried to put my ZDP blade into my G10 handle, and I did swap the lock bar as well, but the lock up was sloppy----the lock pivot holes seemed to be slightly different. I ended up putting them all back together like they came from the factory.
