• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

Is the blade length measured from the tang or is it the sharpened portion?

Is this geared toward legal limit or what knife makers actually consider to be the way to measure? Personally, I always go the way most LEOs look at it, tip of blade to handle or guard.

I think Mick measures from the top handguard or where it would be to determine blade length. Not sure though, so don't quote me on that.

We consider anything from the front surface of the guard forward to be blade, and from the same point rearward to be handle. Thanks for your interest,
