Blade Magazine flashback

Wow, never knew the whole story behind Jerry's hand.

So if the ergo handle is so great why dont we use them today?

I thought the Fusion handles were supposed to be a combination between the Ergo handle and a straight handle...

That Hanford Miller piece looks exactly like a Bill Moran ST-23! Am I wrong?

I appologize for the off-INFI speak here, but my dad had 3 Bill Moran ST-23s that I would like to get a hold of from my step-mother.

I love the pic of the Battle Mistress E-model. I named mine Victoria. She has a companion Assault Shaker in a kangaroo sheath set-up from Buy Brown. Both of these were birthday gifts from PapaThud (tips hat). It is an extremely comfortable set. I absolutely adore the diamond quilted canvas micarta grip. It just doesn't slip. When PapaThud taught me how to chop with it, I went for quite a while chopping him some firewood in the backyard. I didn't get any blisters from the job. My hands weren't even particularly tired. It was awesome. So I can at least attest that the ergo models were extremely comfy to work with. :D

COOL!

I totally dig the Busse history stuff. These go into the archives.

Thanks!!!

Completely true.

On_The_Edge (Chris) let me borrow his SH-E (clip point variant) some time ago and I had a wonderful time chopping up random downed timber in my East 40. No blisters at all and only minimal effect after a solid hour of swinging and chopping. Ergo handles are really quite practical.
