Blade Markings

I would like to know where I can get a custom designed stencil for electro-chem marking my blades? Or how can I make one with very small letters? I have a blank stencil and access to a marking machine, but I need a design put on it. Can I just write, draw,or trace it?

I order my stencils from Electro Chem Etch. The set up fee is around $30.00 and the sheets with 6 stencils are around $8-$9. You only have to pay the set up fee one time, after that you only pay for sheets. I just received some new stencils about a week ago. I tried making my own stencils and they looked like a wino made them. Let the pros make you some. The phone number is 1-714-671-7744. Make sure you clean them good when your done and they will last for a good while.

Hey yall, I also wonder how stencils are made. I have done it on my computer and printed it out on a dot matrix printer and it would worked. Then I printed it with my ink jet and I could not get an etch on the blade. I wander how the pros make the stencils, Chris.
