After doing business with Cecil Clark Knife Co. (bladematrix.tv) for a few years, I finally had to use their customer service. All I can say is, wow! I called them on the phone and explained what I didn't like about the Mcusta that I ordered, and they got it fixed right away with no hassle. Ordering from them was quick and painless, and even when the item wasn't in stock, it arrived at my house in four business days. Great job :thumbup:
 
they are great guys, they sent me a replacment handle for an axe for free when i broke mine (and it was probably my fault). I go to there store alot too.
 
I had an above average buying experiance from them 2 months ago and saved some bucks too. However I have been unable to access their web site for 2 months now. Is this just me?
