What size carbon rounds are used to make wood carving knifes? does any one have links to swedish woodcarving small blade blanks

Many companies sell the blades in sets of three or four. Dictum has excellent ones. Woodcraft, in the USA, has them, too. Some knife supply companies carry them.

If you are forging them, any size round between 1/4" and 3/8" should work. W2 and 1095 are excellent for these type blades.
