It's always great to see the faces behind the names. Thanks again.

Thanks UVT! I'm enjoying putting names with the faces. These people don't look anything like their names sound like. Keep um' coming!

Atlanta - it's more than 9000 miles away from home. ;)

I was on the I-285 freeway home on Friday evening - normally a 20minute journey and the time it took -
home may as well have been
9000 miles away :D

I spoke to Paul Chen (Chen Chao-Po) quite extensively - he's very enthusiastic about the range of Adam Hsu designs he and CAS Iberia are coming out with toward the end of this year - that jian (sword) he's holding in the photo above he is particularly proud of.

Paul said they have now got the katana/Japanese sword making down pretty well with all the learning from doing, and advice from users like Bugei, but felt they lagged somewhat in the making of his own native Chinese weaponary - until he started working with Adam Hsu and learnt how to get the (distal) tapering of the sword blade - so now he's very pleased with the stiffness and flexibility of the jian.
