Blade Show 2006 Sneak Peek (cool pics!)

I'm not the first to post it, but I sure as heck won't be the last......

These are awesome. If these prices stay in check w/ past Rats, this is surely going to be THE unbeatable benchmark in price vs. performance.

Those are some great looking knives. But you know what I like best? I just received a Ratweiler and I was desperately hoping that when the new line came out I wouldn't be kicking myself for buying last year's model. And I'm not. The new line is certainly different and has a lot more options, but there's no love lost between me and my Ratweiler.

First, I sincerely apologize. I had to leave my camera with the wife and kids while I was dropped off at Blade; they were taking pictures of the new 7 week old niece. ;) I did take some, albeit indoors-at-night crappy, pics of the toys I picked up.

Want to picture Scrap Yard's new line? Imagine most of the styles available under Eric's pics of the SRKW new line with Res-c handles. A model might be added or deleted from one to the other but you've pretty much got it - as an example, there were mudder-gripped Bog Dogs in the SYK line!!

One final note before the pics... The Mojo Blades on the SRKW and SYK were awesome! The big Mojo just feels amazing in a res-c handle!!!

Blade Lenght - 6-7/16" (from top edge of grip. From the finger choil both the M6 and SYK6 are the same blade length.)
