OK, so I am driving down from PA for this! Where is a decent place to stay? I am assuming the Waverly is booked... Anyone a seasoned blade-pro?

Call the Waverly (770-953-4500) & ask for reservations... You'll be transferred to their central res. center, but they will know which hotel you want a room at (Renaissance Waverly Hotel, Atlanta). Tell the rep. that you will be attending the BLADE 2009 convention and would like the convention rate. Should be $162 per night. BLADE itself runs from Fri., May 29th through Sun. May 31st. They just MIGHT have a few rooms left, but I'd not wait much longer if you want to stay there!

Thanks for the info Jaxx. I called this morning and asked if they had rooms for that weekend. The answer was no, until I said it was for blade; I got the discounted price and booked a room in the Waverly for Friday and Saturday night. I'm looking forward to meeting you guys! This is my first Blade experience!
