It's fantastic putting faces to names :)

Hopefully if my university course goes well I will get over to Blade someday. The money for the trip would be ok. It would just be getting the money to pay for all the knives I would buy :p.

Again great photos and it's brilliant to see the people behind the knives.

Thank you for helping those of us that couldn't go, feel a little bit like we are there. It means a lot to me.

Top set of pics there Vincent. They're especially great for people like me on the other side of the planet who may never get to see some of these famous people in the flesh, so to speak. Greatly appreciated.

Keep up the good work.

What the heck? That just looks like a bunch of photos of old dudes!:D

Alright, it's nice to see the makers we've heard so much about, but we want to see the knives!

.

I didnt go this year so thanks for filling some of my voids with shots of some of the greatest makers on the planet. Most of those guys have been in the business since the beginning. Got any more?

Great photos--as always!

Thanls for taking the time to post them--now I feel almost like I was there!

I'm not so sure about being there from the beginning, back then there were hairy buggers chipping things out of flint, these guys don't look quite that old.

;) :)

[Just kidding]

:DYou're right. Knifemaking is as old as prostitution almost.

EDIT: Bad guess :(

Also, looks like an RJ martin groove composite, G&G hawk + emerson automatic, another auto like the 0610ST possibly RJ martin or Tim gaylean designed, and that cool new slim automatic knife that was talked about in the general forum.

Thanks VT for the awesome photos!!

Thank you very much for the great photos.

Blade is on my list of must do one day. We just don't get knife shows on that scale here :(

Glad to see some faces to go with the names. When you stopped by the CAS/Hanwei booth, did you see Michael Pierce there?

Thanks for the pics, I so wish I could go, but unfortunately it' s about 3000 miles away:(
